Returns Policy
Ordered products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can apply for a return by filling in the online form. On the form, the original order number will need to be supplied with item number.
These can be found in the e-mail order confirmation and on the invoice. Please note that items will need to be returned in the original and unused state and in its original packaging. Do not remove any polybags, stickers, hangtags or labels. If there are traces of use or the item is not returned in its original condition the return request might be rejected.
